In a browser, open appleid.apple.com (new tab) and create a new Apple ID.
Fill in the form: Country/RegionHong Kong, email, password, phone (+86 is OK), until you complete email verification.
After email verification, the next step is to sign in to this Hong Kong Apple ID on your iPhone and use the App Store — the same flow as using a non-China Apple ID. Tap Non-China Apple ID above for the steps, or use the button below.
If the App Store asks you to review the account: choose None for payment when you can, and a Hong Kong–style billing address. More screenshots: full guide at the bottom.

Go to Settings → tap your name → Media & Purchases (on older iOS: iTunes & App Store).
Tap the Apple ID shown → Sign Out, then sign in with your non-China Apple ID (any ID whose App Store region is not mainland China). This mainly affects Store downloads and purchases; follow prompts if it differs from your iCloud account.
Or open the App Store → profile → scroll down → Sign Out, sign in with that non-China Apple ID, then switch back after installing if you like.
Do not use a mainland China account in Media & Purchases to download this app. If you only have a China ID, use the “Create HK ID” tab first.
